He transitioned the company into offering fire alarm services and has been a Texas Fire Alarm Planning Superintendent since Jan 1991. After the company was sold, Michael spent time at other companies building their fire and security divisions. It became evident that to truly develop an exceptional customer service team with corresponding philosophy - it needed to be your own company.

Bryan has been in the security industry since 1994, starting as a technician at Sonitrol Security in Northern California. He has also worked at several other companies as well as becoming an Electrical Contractor in Arizona before moving to San Antonio in 2011. He became NICET IV in 2014 and holds

Tom began his Low Voltage career with Southwestern Bell as a Telephone installer & Repairman. After several successful years he left SWBT to serve in some other industries as Regional Manager, Sales Manager, Sales & Operations Trainer, as well as owned his own business.
He accepted an opportunity to come back to the Low Voltage Industry in 2012 as an Account Manager and Business Development Manager serving there until in 2021 when he was offered the opportunity to join MCS Integrated. He has known the MCSi TEAM Members for years and their character, so it was a perfect “fit.” MCSi is truly a home where he can put his knowledge and experience into leading/supporting the North Texas TEAM with honesty, integrity, and the desire to solve customer needs.
Tom is known for sharing his Tom-ism’s taken from his book still in progress, “The Book of Tom”, based on The Power of 3, a Bible based platform for Personal Life and Business Life Success.
